This is a user guide for FAO’s ServiceNow portal intended for external users. It aims to support external clients such as retirees, suppliers and candidates when trying to reach FAO Shared Services Centre (SSC) using the ServiceNow user portal, as the generic inboxes used previously for contacting the Organization are being discontinued, and all external traffic is being redirected to the ServiceNow user portal.
The user guide will provide clients with step-by-step instructions on topics such as registering as an external end-user, navigating the portal, initiating new requests, accessing, or viewing already submitted requests and more.
