Resumen
Descripción
This document is a compilation containing the resolutions and working documents addressed during the meeting
This report by IICA proposes a re-engineering of the rural model, moving beyond the traditional view of farming as a purely productive activity to understand it as a complex and interconnected system. Through a systemic and territorial approach, the document argues that development must integrate environmental sustainability, social equity, and economic competitiveness, driving public policies that strengthen territorial resilience while recognizing the multi-functional role of rural areas in food security and ecosystem preservation.
