This poster presents the OCOP initiative in the United Republic of Tanzania, which has selected avocado as its special agricultural product. It highlights the socio-economic and cultural importance of avocado, its potential to support more sustainable agrifood systems and rural livelihoods, and ongoing efforts to strengthen the value chain with technical support from FAO. | |
