Descripción
This circular contains three documents: (i) the Report of the Western Central Atlantic Fishery Commission (WECAFC) Performance Review; (ii) the WECAFC Strategic Plan 2014–2020; and (iii) the revised Rules of Procedure of WECAFC. All three documents were reviewed, finalized and approved by the fifteenth session of WECAFC, which was held in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago, from 26 to 28 March 2014.
