| dc.description | Peace education is crucial to the Philippines’ efforts in promoting sustainable peace and addressing the root drivers of conflict. College students, as citizens and future leaders, are important agents in this goal. This policy brief argues for the need to conduct a national assessment that generates evidence on the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to the peace education competencies of educators in higher education institutions, with the goal of informing policy implementation, improving monitoring systems, and supporting consistent and effective peace education practices across universities. | |
