Resumen
Descripción
This brief presents the design and application of structured Business-to-Business (B2B) discussion tools used to strengthen coordination, trust and collaboration among livestock producers, traders and input and service providers within sheep and goat value chains in pastoral systems. By creating a neutral, participatory space for dialogue, the tools enabled actors to jointly identify constraints, gender- differentiated challenges and priority intervention points across production and marketing cycles. The B2B approach generated practical, actor-driven solutions that support improved productivity, market engagement and resilience, demonstrating its value as an effective mechanism for inclusive value chain development.
