You have access to most of the reports from the 'Navigator' window, by using either the 'Preview reports' or 'Production estimates' buttons. These reports have generally been set to include all of the records on the database. If you want to restrict the report to a specific value or a range of values then you will need to open and edit the report in 'Design' mode. If you do this it is best not to save the changes. When you have opened the report in design mode, double click in the white squar e in the top left-hand comer of the report window. You will get a Properties box for the report. Select the record source line and click the procedure button (that's the one with the ellipsis '...') You will see the following screen.
