dc.descriptionThe City of Lyon, together with the Department, the Region and groups of municipalities, implemented a common Agricultural Strategic Project. The project increased the proportion of organic and local food products in restaurants; helped to structure a variety of actors involved in the food system and in the solidarity economy; and organized the Harvest Festival which raised awareness on organic food and biodiversity.
