dc.descriptionAll FAO projects, programmes and country offices must have functioning feedback and grievance mechanisms, with designated focal points, in line with FAO’s Framework for Environmental and Social Management (FESM). These systems provide stakeholders with accessible and reliable channels to raise feedback and concerns, and ensure that complaints are received, addressed and resolved in a transparent and timely manner. They also enable issues to be identified early and resolved before they escalate.
