The Honourable Minister of State for Agriculture and Food Security, Federal Republic of Nigeria, Hon. Senator Aliyu Sabi Abdullahi, speaks to the press following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security (FMAFS) and the International Institute of Tropical Agriculture (IITA).
