Operation time during the harvest of soybean at farmer’s holdings has been analyzed by working operations and presented in this paper. Modern combines gain more utilization through working (Krv = 0,55) and production time (Kpv = 0.70) and achieve 3.7 times more effeciency. Proportion of effective time during the harvest of soybean (55,11% - JD 1450 CWS and 48,52% - Zmaj 141) within working day is small and not enough. Analyses of time have shown that there are possibilities for rationalization the process of harvesting soybean. Possibilities for rationalization lay down in resolving of organizational failures, making an optimal combining plan (schedule), and contemporary combine’s usage.
