A general descriptive analysis of the data focusing on EMBRAPA senior research staff was completed. A preliminary analysis of trends in human capital acquisition and formation at EMBRAPA was also completed. The results of these analyses were presented at a seminar for EMBRAPA researchers and are summarized in the attached paper.
