This document is based on the activities and findings of the “Smallholder Poultry Development Programme”, which was funded by the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD) and implemented by FAO in cooperation with the International Network for Family Poultry Development (INFPD) and the International Rural Poultry Centre (IRPC) of the Kyeema Foundation. Activities that contributed to the preparation of this working document included the training of Associated Poultry Adv isers, the preparation of Decision Tools for Family Poultry Development, and three electronic conferences.
