This 2-pager presents the Incident Coordination Groups (ICGs) activated and led by FAO’s Emergency Management Centre for Animal Health (EMC-AH) and provides a summary of the activities carried out under those ICGs, as well as their impacts. As part of its efforts to lead the global coordination of animal health emergencies with a severe effect on food security and livelihoods, the EMC-AH provides a platform, tools and coordination expertise to support preparedness and response capacities of FAO Member States through the implementation of ICGs.
