This webinar presents a comprehensive perspective on how to strengthen climate financing in the agricultural sector. It emphasizes the need for all stakeholders to understand the global context of climate change and carbon reduction in order to design projects aligned with these challenges. Additionally, it highlights the importance of structuring strategies that ensure effective use of financing, minimizing risks for investors and guaranteeing sustainable returns. The webinar also addresses the historical lack of trust in the agricultural sector as a barrier to attracting investment, proposing to overcome this obstacle through solid regulatory frameworks and the development of technical capacities among decision-makers. Finally, it underscores the role of fiscal incentives and advanced financial mechanisms as key elements to enable projects that generate carbon credits and promote long-term sustainability.
