This manual is a translation and adaptation of "Les Céréales,' published the Agri-Service-Afrique of the lnstitut africain pour le developpement economique et social (INADES).</p> This course teaches the farmer about which cereals are grown in Africa, traditional and modern methods of cultivation and focuses on sorghum, millet and maize as well as covering fonio, finger millet and wheat.
