The aim of this paper was to analyze changes in the market of fruit and vegetable juices enterprises in Poland in
general and individual provinces in the years 2003-2013. Analyses show that the production of fruit and vegetable
juices is an industry that has a high development potential, as evidenced by the 80% increase in the number of
enterprises producing this assortment in the years 2003-2013. Further development of this industry in the coming
years may be stimulated by a systematic increase in exports of fruit and vegetable juices out of the country and not
by the demand for these products in the domestic market.
