The objective of this work is to establisha discriminant chemical profile for the studied Vanilla species and to identify the mostsignificant ions for this separation. This study successfully used LC-MS and PLS-DA to differentiate three Vanilla species with highaccuracy (97-100%), confirming each possesses a unique chemical fingerprint.
