This is a strategy document of the EAF-Nansen Programme, formulated to guide the Programme’s capacity development activities. It was prepared with the aim of achieving the outcome, purpose and goals defined in the Programme Document, while contributing to the accomplishment of FAO’s strategic objectives.
A first version of the strategy was prepared by Sandy Davies and Jeppe Kolding in January 2019. In 2020 the document was updated and completed by members of the Programme coordination unit.
