| dc.description | The nineteenth edition of "FAO Türkiye Newsletter" focuses on the support given to women-led cooperatives and the results of joint efforts. This issue includes data on the work and successful outcomes of FAO-supported cooperatives in Turkey. In addition, interesting studies and results from projects implemented under the FAO-Türkiye Partnership Programme (FTPP) are also included in the bulletin. Developments from a wide range of FTPP projects, from forest fire management to wheat rust control, are also included in the bulletin. Alongside the main theme, in the Women's Power section, members of a women's cooperative tell of the success of the cooperative from its inception to the present day. Another important feature of the Newsletter is the section on the latest status of FAO's project to stabilise land degradation in Türkiye as part of the fight against the global climate crisis. | |
