The aim of this study was to evaluate the potential of Tithonia diversifolia to mitigate greenhouse gases originated from enteric fermentation in the rumen. The experiment was conducted in the city of São João del-Rei (Latitude: 21 ° 05 '11 "S, Longitude: 044 ° 13' 33" W and altitude of 950 m), Minas Gerais state, Brazil.
