This report presents the objetives of the Inter-American Rural Youth Program (PIJR) in 1973, with the purpose to provide leadership, to encourage the expansión and development of national program institutions of Latin America and the Caribbean to provide rural youg people with no educational opportunities to achieve their full potencial as individuals in society and to improve the quality of life in their communities and countries. Perhaps includes photographs, parts of newspaper and trips reports.
