dc.descriptionThe paper shows differences of opinions, on which side of Atlantic the level of support is higher. It reviews the shifts in the UE direct payments system. In the second part of the paper the American system of payments is analyzed. Some calculations of payments are added. Finally similarities and differences between the systems are being indicated.
