The purpose of this paper is to examine whether the policy swings observed in 2008 were confirmed in the following years, by collecting and analysing information on decisions of both short and long-term food and agriculture policies. As in the 2008 paper, policy responses here are categorised into three groups: producer-oriented, consumer-oriented, and trade oriented policy decisions. The classification of policies has been further elaborated in detail and broadened to accommodate long-term orie nted decisions.
