Descripción
The Government of the Federal Republic of Somalia and the World Bank contributed USD 13 177 000 to the FAO project , "Anticipatory action and early response support to drought-affected communities in Somaliland, Puntland, Galmudug and Southwest State", which was implemented from 1 July 2022 to 20 May 2024. The project aimed to protect livelihoods and support household income to allow families to purchase enough food to survive the drought.
