Resumen

Descripción

This Country Programming Framework (CPF) sets out three priority areas to guide FAO partnership and support with the Government of Turkey - bringing together innovative international best practices and global standards with national and regional expertise during four years from 2012 to 2015. This document has been formulated through extensive consultations with relevant ministries and national institutions as well as development partners, including United Nations Country Team (UNCT). The CPF pri ority areas are also consistent with FAO regional priorities for the European and Central Asia Region and the new Strategic Objective Framework. Effective partnerships will be pursued with the interested stakeholders during the implementation of FAO CPF 2012-2015 in Turkey. Ministry of Development (MoD), Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Livestock (MFAL) and Ministry of Forestry and Water Affairs (MFWA) are the main partners of this framework for ensuring GoT’s participation with contribution of agricultural NGOs.
