| dc.description | A tanulmány célja, hogy bemutassa Magyarország munkaerőpiacán végbement változásokat a transzformációs sokkot követő időszaktól napjainkig. Párhuzamot vonok a rendszerváltás eredményeként megjelenő transzformációs sokk és a 2008. évi gazdasági válság munkaerőpiacot érintő hatásai között. A regionális különbségek vizsgálatának kiemelt jelentőséget tulajdonítok. Elemzem mind országos, mind kistérségi szinten a munkanélküliségi ráta, aktivitási ráta, foglalkoztatási ráta adatokat. A munkanélküliség terén két jelentős problémát kell kiemelni: egyrészt a tartós munkanélküliek helyzetét, akik száma a rendszerváltás óta folyamatosan növekszik; a másik problémás terület a strukturális munkanélküliség, amelynek oka, hogy a végzettségek nem alkalmazkodnak a piac igényeihez. Arra keresem a választ, hogy hazánk munkaerőpiacát illetően lehet-e beszélni fellendülésről vagy annak kezdeti irányáról. ------------------------------------------------- The aims of this study to describe the labour market changes have taken place in the period after the transformation shock till today. I draw a parallel between the transformation shock as a result of the regime change and effects of the global economic crisis in 2008 which affecting the labour market. I focused analyzing the regional differences. I analyze national and micro-regional level the unemployment rate, the participation rate and employment rate data. In the area of unemployment should highlight two major problems: first, the position of the long-term unemployed, whose numbers are steadily increasing since the regime change; the other problem areas of structural unemployment, due to the qualifications do not adapt to market demands. I look for the answer to our country's possible to talk improvement or the initial direction of improvement of the labour market. | |
