This brochure was developed to display the results of the FAO Technical Cooperation Project: TCP/RAS/3502, Reduction of post-harvest losses in horticultural chains in SAARC Countries. Technical improvements were piloted in Nepal with stakeholders in traditional Cauliflower supply chains. This brochure aims to provide information on applying the principles of post-harvest management of cauliflower for quality and safety assurance handling practice along with simple technologies were piloted with stakeholders in traditional cauliflower supply chains in Nepal.
