Esta nota técnica, elaborada por el Centro de Análisis Estratégico para la Agricultura (CAESPA) del IICA y presentada a los ministros de agricultura y a las Oficinas del Instituto en los Estados Miembros, constituye un esfuerzo por presentar, de manera resumida, los cambios más relevantes derivados de las reformas a la PAC aprobadas para el periodo 2014-2020.
