Through key partnerships and community-driven projects, the FAO has made important strides in supporting smallholder farmers, enhancing climate resilience, and promoting sustainable practices nationwide. Key highlights include the completion of several impactful and heartfelt projects. These initiatives have made significant progress in promoting sustainable land management and empowering rural communities, particularly women, in water management and pollinator-friendly farming areas. The FAO’s emphasis on integrating climate resilience with nutrition education has further strengthened Angola’s rural food security.
