This Newsletter highlights the RISE’s team’s latest publications, links to global events of significance to rural development and latest capacity building mechanisms such as trainings for Farmer Business Schools. Through innovative partnership approaches, such as with AFRACA (The African Rural and Agricultural Credit Association), the RISE team continues to strengthen rural livelihoods using a gender-sensitive lens and territorial approach. The RISE team’s four work streams allow for better complementary programming in rural development, leading to the success stories highlighted in this edition.
