dc.descriptionThe final formal report of the third session of the Western Central Atlantic Fishery Commission (WECAFC), held in Havana, Cuba, from 18 to 22 November 1980 is presented. Major topics were resource management and fishery development issues, future of WECAFC, including its subsidiary bodies, the Executive Committee for the Implementation of the WECAF Project, technical cooperation and mutual assistance and other matters. A list of the recommendations of the WECAFC sesbion is included in Annex G.
