On the special office opened in Brugg, Switzerland in order to have constant contact with the delegates of the belligerent countries, on the Institute’s publications, on the postponement of the next General Assembly, on the preparation of a technical report on ocean freight rates, on a concerted action for the control of locust pests from all North African Governments and on the appointment of N. Richardson as substitute of D. Lubin on the Permanent Committee.
