Besides agricultural land the APA holds also non-agricultural land. Such land has been monitored by the APA since 2004. As seen from available data, the sales of non-agricultural land in recent years keeps increasing, as does the revenue on it. This is the result of several factors: Firstly, there is an attractive selection of non-agricultural land plots located within administrative borders of towns. Secondly, marketing and promotion activities are focused on sales of such type of properties, including industrial sites. / Synopsis. W skład Zasobu Własności Rolnej Skarbu Państwa oprócz gruntów rolnych wchodzą także grunty nierolne, którymi obrót Agencja Nieruchomości Rolnych monitoruje od 2004 roku. Z dostępnych danych wynika, że w ostatnich latach rośnie ich sprzedaż i przychody uzyskiwane z tego tytułu. Jest to determinowane w szczególności dwoma czynnikami. Pierwszy, to atrakcyjna oferta gruntów nierolnych pozostających do rozdysponowania, w dużej części zlokalizowanych w granicach administracyjnych miast. Drugim czynnikiem są działania marketingowe i promocyjne zmierzające do intensyfikacji sprzedaży tego typu nieruchomości, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem oferty tzw. terenów inwestycyjnych.
