| dc.description | A factor analysis examined underlying relationships of selected performance indicators for U.S. ISO 9000-registered agribusiness sites. The factoring technique uniquely identified five of six primary factors-namely, improved quality performance, better training of personnel and document control, product prices, external audits, and cost of nonconformity. A sixth ill-defined factor is also identified. Each identified factor could influence the market position and/or profitability of an ISO 9000 registered agribusiness site. | |
