There are evidences that at the end of the last century was not clear the relationship between climate change and the response of vegetation, and even less, and between vegetation and the response geomorphological or soil erosion, and that was the predominant approach and is still based on discoveries that led to the universal formula for loss of soil (USLE). Recent studies have shown the need to refocus and incorporate, in science and technology, at least two elements caused by climate change: historical trends in temperature and rainfall, as well as the dynamics of carbon dioxide (CO2). Thus the objectives of this trial are: 1) To determine the importance of soil erosion in Mexico and documenting some trends, and 2) Show briefly the rationale under which have relied a great deal of studies of erosion soil, to lead to the exposure of pop climate change considered in future studies of erosion. The results of this investigation indicate that among researchers, there is a nascent convergence in the sense that further work is needed on the mechanisms of adaptation to climate variability. Not only from the standpoint of ecosystems, which has demonstrated the existence of regulatory processes and adaptation, but also at the level of productive activities, in which men throughout its history, since it was invented agriculture, has been refined with the help of technology.
