Regional development programs according to National Strategy for Regional Development 2010-2020
heading to rising competitive on the basis internal potential of biomass – it’s the matter in the paper. There
are show the utilization of the biomass from the agriculture to the energetic aims. In the paper there are the
potential of biomass – it is liquid biomass – bioethanol and biodiesel according to National Objectives for
2020 and the potential possibility from the digestigatin from agriculture. The potential of the solid biomass,
too – particulary. The waste from the agriculture (mey, straws, orchards), and potential plantation of the
energetic plants (willow, poplar, Miscantus). The solid biomass should be use to the CHP process (Combinet
Heat and Power) in dispersion system in little and middle power station. Poland is the country in which the
potential of biomass is high (895 PJ).
