Descripción
The case study highlights China's innovative open science solution of using Geographical Indications Environment & Sustainability (GIES) to trace the geographical origin of special agricultural products. As of May, 2023, 17 17 GIES good practice cases with SAPs have been identified in 11 provinces of China.
