Agenda for the Inception meeting related to the project GCP/RAS/305/GFF which has the main objectives to share information about the Ecosystem Approach to Fisheries Management
(EAFM) Institutionalization at the National Level of Thailand, including Target Transboundary being held on 20–22 March 2024, in Trang province (Thailand).
The purpose of the meeting is to initiate consultations with the local key stakeholders for the EAFM component activities for starting up and prepare for the implementation of the projects. Specifically, related to the project's component one.

The members of the Project Steering Committee (PSC) rom the Department of Fisheries (DoF) and the Department of Marine and Coastal Resources (DMCR);
- Key officers of DoF
- Key officers of DMCR
- Provincial Fisheries Officers
- DOF EAFM Trainers
- SEAFDEC staff
- FAO, and UCN members
