The Project aims to support SUPARCO in providing and enhancing the expertise in the specific area of yield forecasting to complement the remote-sensing based area estimations, in order to ensure development of a comprehensive and integrated approach to crop forecasting. The support is essentially in the form of a broad-based international expert and capacity building at all levels.
