Descripción
There is a growing demand from both public and private actors to have access to more timely, reliable, and accurate data for informed decision-making. Private actors (farmers, extension workers, etc.) need better information to improve farm profitably, use their scarce resources efficiently, prepare for pest and disease pressure in the short-run and climate change and water scarcity in the long run.
