The project analyzes some of the alternatives available for agricultural technology, paying particular attention to the potentials of networking as an organizational solution to meet the technological needs of small countries. For this, the different factors that influence the effectiveness of the different types of networks are discussed and some of the experiences available in Latin America and the Caribbean are analyzed.
El proyecto analiza algunas de las alternativas disponibles para la trecnología agrícola, prestando especial atención a los potenciales de la creación de redes como una solución organizativa para satisfacer las necesidades tecnológicas de los países pequeños. Para ello se discuten los diferentes factores que influencian la efectividad de los diferentes tipos de redes y se analizan algunas de las experiencias disponibles en América Latina y el Caribe.
