En la presente investigación se evaluó el efecto de tres diferentes densidades de siembra y dos frecuencias de inmersión en biorreactor simplificado tipo RITA (Recipiente para Inmersión Temporal Automatizada), para determinar la densidad y la frecuencia más adecuadas, que permitan lograr un desarrollo uniforme de los embriones somáticos producidos, reduciendo la manipulación de los embriones, con el consecuente recorte de los costos de Producción y disminuyendo los riesgos de contaminación de los embriones y plántulas producidos.
In the present investigation the effect of three different densities from sowing was evaluated and two frequencies of immersion in simplified biorreactor, type RITA (Receiving for Automated Temporary Immersion), to determine the best density and frequency, that allow to obtain a uniform development of the produced somatic embryos, reducing the manipulation of the embyos, with the consequent reduction of the costs of production and diminishing the risks of contamination of the produced embryos and plantlets. One was that an intermediate density produces embryos of greater morphologic quality, as well as of a development more uniform than to discharges or very low densities.
