This booklet aims to raise awareness among farmers and extension workers about pests affecting palm trees in Egypt. Where it shows how to identify, detect and control them in order to protect palm fruits and trees from the damage caused by these pests. The images show damage inflicted on the palm. Farmers can keep this booklet with them as a reference when they encounter such pests.
يهدف هذا الكتيب إلى رفع مستوى الوعي لدى المزارعين والعاملين في مجال الإرشاد حول أحد الافات الهامة التي تصيب ثمار وأشجار نخيل البلح في مصر. حيث يوضح كيفية التعرف عليها وكشفها وكيفية مكافحتها وذلك من أجل حماية ثمار وأشجار النخيل من ضرر تلك الأفات. وتظهر الصور مختلف الحفارات والأضرار التي تسببها في النخيل. يمكن للمزارعين الحفاظ على هذا الكتيب معهم كمرجع يلجئون إليه عند مواجهة حفارت النخ
