Con el fin de sistematizar la experiencia, surge este documento en el cual se resumen las ponencias de los expertos, las cuales se agrupan en generalidades (sección 1) y ejemplos prácticos del análisis de riesgo, en el sector agrícola y forestal (sección 2), en presencia de bajos niveles (sección 3), en animales (sección 4) y en ambiente y salud (sección 5). Adicionalmente, se incorporan comentarios sobre el ICABB (sección 6). La sección final incluye la descripción del taller, listado de participantes y programa (sección 7).
In order to systematize the experience, this document arises in which the presentations of the experts are summarized, which are grouped into generalities (section 1) and practical examples of risk analysis, in the agricultural and forestry sector (section 2) , in the presence of low levels (section 3), in animals (section 4) and in the environment and health (section 5). Additionally, comments on the ICABB are included (section 6). The final section includes the description of the workshop, list of participants and program (section 7).
