dc.descriptionA weekly dataset on cattle prices in Mali is studied from November 2008 to September 2010 in six markets. The results show weakly co-integrated cattle markets. Price leadership appears to be in Konna. Market integration grows over time due possibly to the introduction of cell phones to disseminate market information.
