The document explains that the meeting of Directors of Plant Protection in the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States (OECS) was convened in Trinidad with the assistance and collaboration of the Representative and Staff of the Office of IICA in Trinidad and Tobago. The proceedings of that meeting were prepared with the assistance of the staff of the IICA Office in St. Lucia. The table of contents includes the programme, the list of participants, the opening session, and the review of plant protection/quarantine systems (country reports) of Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Grenada, St. Lucia, and St. Vincent.
