Descripción
This paper addresses the issue of profitability of beef production from a systems perspective. The model uses information from biological and economic systems to identify factors affecting profitability of nine beef production systems in the Nebraska Sandhills. The results are further used in ranking the profitability of 37 unique subsystems.
