This document outlines the governance, partnership and operational framework of FAO's Commit to Grow Equality (CGE) initiative. CGE is a voluntary, multi-stakeholder initiative with the goal to accelerate gender equality and women’s empowerment in agrifood systems, making them work better for women. CGE's governance structure is based on three main pillars: CGE Partners, the CGE Advisory Group and the CGE Core Team. Together, these three components form a collaborative, flexible governance structure. The document is intended for use by partners or prospective partners and complements the information available on the CGE website: https://www.fao.org/commit-grow-equality/join-the-initiative/en
