Who hasn’t thought, when looking at a cake, about the soil horizons?
Soils are the foundation of food and now food will shape soils! Wherever you are in the world and whatever your level of cooking skills, don’t miss the opportunity to show your talent on global platforms for World Soil Day 2022. This new contest is a unique opportunity to: raise awareness of the importance of healthy soil for healthy food and better nutrition; highlight the analogy between the horizons of a soil and the layers of a cake; show that soils are nice and tasty and not only dirt; and finally… celebrate World Soil Day with a yummy cake to share amongst your friends and colleagues!
